Mark E. Seiberling Named Partner at Conrad O’Brien

Conrad O’Brien is pleased to announce that Mark E. Seiberling has been named a partner at the Firm.  

Mark focuses his practice primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, professional liability and white collar defense. Mark joined Conrad O’Brien in 2005 after a two-year clerkship with The Honorable Sandra Schultz Newman of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  Prior to his clerkship with Justice Newman, Mark served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and The Honorable John J. T. Kelly, Jr. of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

In addition to his practice, Mark recently has been appointed by the Governor to serve a four-year commission on the Pennsylvania Joint Committee of Documents, which oversees the codification, publication and distribution of the official documents of the three branches of state government.

Mark is a 2000 graduate of LaSalle University (B.A., maxima cum laude) and a 2003 graduate of Villanova University Law School (J.D., cum laude).
