Gene has been engaged in the practice of law for more than 30 years. He has represented individuals, private developers, businesses, partnerships, corporations, and institutional lenders in a wide range of matters. Gene also represents municipalities and public agencies in connection with a variety of legal issues. He is former General Counsel and Secretary of Covenant Life Insurance Company and has served as President of the Board of Directors of Great Valley School District. He is a member of East Whiteland Township Republican Committee and a member of the Chester County Republican Committee.

Gene is a graduate of King’s College (B.A., cum laude, 1973) and a graduate of Temple University Law School (J.D., 1976).
