Conrad O'Brien PC attorneys will be presenters to a January 28th CLE program aimed specifically at in-house counsel in pharma, biotech and chemical companies.  The program is hosted by the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association (DELVACCA).  Conrad O'Brien PC is a sponsor to the event.

This 3-hour program will cover a wide range of issues affecting companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical industries.  Attorneys Pat Meehan, Patricia Hamill, Jud Aaron, and Bob Rauker will present on a one hour panel on "State Physician Payment Disclosure Trends: Is Your Company in Compliance or Is It Exposed to Potential Government Investigations?".  Lawyers from Skadden, Arps and Cozen O'Connor will speak in the morning on non-white collar criminal law topics.
