Conrad O’Brien PC is pleased to announce that Alan Paul Novak, Of Counsel to the Firm, has been named to Pennsylvania’s Top 50 Republicans List (part of The 100 Top Pennsylvanians List) by Politics Magazine. The 100 Top Pennsylvanian’s List is made up of the Commonwealth’s top business, legal and civic leaders, whose opinions are respected by peers and elected officials alike. The group is a mix of donors, organizers, confidants and consultants, all of whom are considered “insiders who insiders turn to when in need”.

Alan is President of Novak Strategic Advisors, a government and public affairs firm based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At Conrad O’Brien PC, Alan focuses his practice on business and municipal law, including zoning, real estate transactions, business and corporate formation, and government relations. He has served as solicitor for many townships, boroughs and municipal authorities, as well as The County of Chester as special counsel. Alan is also solicitor of the Chester County Industrial Development Authority.  He was the State Chairman of the Pennsylvania Republican Committee from 1996-2004, and previously served as Chester County GOP Chair for eight years. He served on the Bush/Cheney Commerce Department Transaction Committee and was appointed by President Bush to the President’s Advisory Commission on White House Fellows.

Alan received his B.S. degree from Ursinus College (magna cum laude, 1971) and his J.D. from Villanova University Law School (1975).
