On May 28, 2009, Conrad O’Brien, in conjunction with the Association of Corporate Counsel, Delaware Valley Chapter (DELVACCA), is offering a presentation on the ethical limitations on the preparation of corporate counsel clients and witnesses for discovery and trial. From explaining the deposition process to identifying and framing the difficult issues for the corporation, Conrad O’Brien will provide helpful hints for in house counsel to ensure that corporate witnesses will offer truthful testimony that properly addresses and portrays the issues and avoids a situation where the general counsel could unnecessarily or unconsciously become a witness.
