Paul Greco Addresses Lawyers on Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets

Paul Greco was recently a featured speaker at a CLE Program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. His presentation, entitled “Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets in Pennsylvania,” provided lawyers with basic principles and current case law on a subject which as grown increasingly important alongside the advancement of technology.

Paul Greco, a 1989 graduate of Columbia University Law School, is a Shareholder at Conrad O’Brien. Paul has 18 years of experience in representing clients in complex litigation, including disputes arising out of corporate transactions, suits among healthcare providers and insurers, and cases involving employment and ERISA-related issues. He also has substantial experience in intellectual property litigation, both prosecuting and defending cases that involve protection of trade secrets and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Paul is a Certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Please Arbitration Program and Chairperson for the Financial Regulatory Authority Dispute Resolution Program.
