Matt Haverstick, a Shareholder at Conrad O’Brien P.C., recently presented an audio CLE on behalf of Business and Legal Reports. The presentation was called Internal Investigation: How to Uncover the Truth Without Breaking the Law.

Over the last 12 years, Matt’s practice has focused on white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations, public corruption matters, complex business torts, matters in Harrisburg, Lancaster and Philadelphia. He spent ten years in Lancaster, PA trying complex business tort cases in state and federal courts with the firm of Barley Snyder LLC and later Haverstick Meguerian LLC, a firm he co-founded and was appointed special assistant district attorney for Lancaster County. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section, White Collar Crime Committee, the Public Corruption and Extortion Subcommittee of the latter Section, the Lancaster County Bar Association, and the Chester County Bar Association. He is a 1992 graduate of Bucknell University (B.A.) and a 1996 graduate of Fordham University School of Law.
