Jud Aaron, a partner at Conrad O’Brien P.C., made a presentation to the Philadelphia Area Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners on financial, forensic and due diligence issues that typically arise in white collar criminal cases.
Throughout his 17-year career, Jud has been a federal prosecutor and civil trial lawyer. From 1995 through 2006, Jud served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Department of Justice for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Criminal Division and Organized Crime Strike Force. In his civil litigation practice, Jud represents corporations and individuals in white collar criminal defense matters, including federal grand jury investigations and federal and state court criminal proceedings. He also represents companies and firms in complex commercial litigation, including business torts and RICO actions, and professional liability cases. Jud is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts (B.A., 1981) and Temple University Law School (J.D., 1991).
