Conrad O'Brien PC is pleased to announce that partner Kevin Dooley Kent has become licensed to practice law in Ireland. He is the only attorney in Philadelphia so licensed, according to The Law Society of Ireland.
In becoming a Solicitor, Kevin can represent U.S. and Irish businesses and individuals in Ireland.
In his practice to date, Kevin has represented corporations and professionals in a broad range of complex commercial litigation focusing on class actions, civil RICO, director and officer liability, legal malpractice, fiduciary, trademark, copyright and employment litigation. A substantial portion of Kevin’s practice involves white collar criminal defense, including grand jury investigations overseen by U.S. Attorneys’ offices, and the defense of clients in parallel civil litigations. Prior to joining Conrad O’Brien, Kevin clerked for federal court Judge Louis C. Bechtle. A graduate of Boston College (B.A. 1997), Kevin received his law degree from Vanderbilt University (J.D. 2000). Last year, Kevin was profiled in Ireland’s premier business publication, Business & Finance Magazine, in its “Most Influential US-Ireland Business Leaders” issue.
