Super Lawyers is published annually as a special supplement to Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine. More than 34,000 ballots were mailed to attorneys across Pennsylvania requesting each lawyer to vote for the most effective attorneys they had personally observed excelling in the legal environment. Each nominated attorney was awarded a score based on their total number of votes. Those receiving the highest number of votes were then reviewed by a panel of experts to determine who was included in the 2010 Edition of the Pennsylvania Lawyers/Rising Stars Lists.
