Biography
Megan Guernsey focuses her practice on a wide range of complex commercial litigations matters. In particular, she focuses on litigation matters involving securities.
Prior to joining the firm, Megan served as an Associate for Wisler Pearlstine, LLP, where she was the primary associate responsible for School Law Department's federal litigation. She also specialized in representing charter schools and various municipalities in racial discrimination and related civil rights claims. As an Associate at Wisler Pearlstine, LLP, Megan secured summary judgment for school districts in numerous challenges to the districts' requirement under federal law to provide a free appropriate public education to students with disabilities.
While studying law at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Megan served as a law clerk. She assisted in preparing pleadings and memoranda in construction litigation and family law matters.
