Vince represents professionals, corporations, and financial institutions in complicated, important, and often high risk commercial litigation. Vince's past and current clients include numerous publicly-traded and privately held corporations. Vince's clients include ExxonMobil, Sallie Mae, Lehman Brothers, MDU Resources, Commerce Bank, Bancorp Bank, and Superior Steel Components, Inc.

Banking/Financial Institution Representation
- Representation of lenders in multi-million dollar construction litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.
- Recovered numerous properties valued at approximately $7M in actions filed in Arizona, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Rhode Island.
- Prevailed on interlocutory appeal in case of first impression in multi-million dollar commercial loan litigation. Won appellate court ruling on rare emergent and interlocutory appeal, and obtained summary reversal of trial court decision on application of more than 100 year old equity statute.
- Representation of lenders in sub-prime litigation, and defense of claims under state and federal lending laws.
- Recovered over $15M in cash, assets, and properties for lenders and financial institutions during the 2009 calendar year.
- Obtained judgments in excess of $10M in construction loan litigation during 2009 calendar year.
- Obtained dismissal of Fair Debt collection Act, Lender Liability, Predatory Lending and common law claims against lenders and financial institutions.

- Defense of global fuel company and nationwide natural resources company in complex personal injury and asbestos matters.
- Representation of nationwide resource company in obtaining dismissal of asbestos claims.
- Defense of regional construction company and individuals in consumer fraud action and related claims against contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers.
- Defense of corporations and officers in securities and class action litigation, and in civil actions related to ongoing criminal/civil investigations and charges.
- Representation of corporations and individuals in connection with investigations by the United States Government, United States Attorney's Office, Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as investigations initiated by states and state agencies.
