Biography
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle clerked for The Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (October 2009-April 2010), as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals (April 2010-August 2011). In the District Court and on the Third Circuit Kyle worked on civil and criminal litigation matters, including business, financial and commercial disputes, ERISA, white collar crime, bankruptcy, civil rights, insurance coverage litigation, and other complex matters.
While studying law at the Villanova University School of Law, Kyle served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and The Honorable Richard B. Klein, Pennsylvania Superior Court. During law school, Kyle interned for the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney’s Office, where he appeared in court on behalf of the Commonwealth as a Pennsylvania Supreme Court certified legal intern.
Kyle participates in Georgetown University’s Alumni Admissions Program, where he interviews Georgetown applicants.
