Biography
Joe DiGuglielmo (pronounced Dee-gool-YELL-mo) focuses his litigation practice on the unique needs of Conrad O’Brien’s clients. From the first sign of conflict through trial to appeal, Joe handles a broad spectrum of complex litigation issues, including commercial disputes and business tort claims, contractual disputes, mass torts, and constitutional issues.
Representative Matters include the following:
- Ongoing representation of manufacturer/distributor in multiple products liability actions.
- Member of team representing mortgage lenders as regional counsel in multiple lending-related actions.
- Member of litigation team that obtained nonsuit for industry-leading chemical company in defense of tortious interference with contract claims.
- Assisted in obtaining summary relief on behalf of a charter school in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, as well as summary judgment in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, in parallel litigations concerning student enrollment caps.
- Assisted trial team defending prominent Philadelphia law firms in professional malpractice action.
During law school, Joe interned with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, where he authored drafts of bench books and bench book chapters for use by the Pennsylvania Judiciary.
