Biography

Eugene M. Twardowski has been engaged in the practice of law for more than 30 years. He has represented individuals, private developers, businesses, partnerships, corporations and institutional lenders in a wide range of matters. Eugene also represents municipalities and public agencies in connection with a variety of legal issues. He is former General Counsel and Secretary of Covenant Life Insurance Company and has served as President of the Board of Directors of Great Valley School District.  He is a member of East Whiteland Township Republican Committee and a member of Chester County Republican Committee.
