Abiye F. Mariam represents businesses and professionals in a broad range of matters involving complex commercial litigation, particularly in business and insurance matters, as well as employment discrimination matters. Additionally, Abiye specializes in matters involving white collar defense and corporate investigations.
While studying at Temple Beasley School of Law, Abiye received the Best Paper distinction in Legal Research and Writing and later served as a Teaching Assistant in the course. Abiye concentrated his studies on trial practice and participated in Temple’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program and a clinical with SEPTA’s Litigation Department where he received the Outstanding Oral Advocate distinction for his work at the Arbitration Center of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Prior to graduating from law school, Abiye served as a Summer Associate at Conrad O'Brien PC.
