Biography

Aaron Starr represents clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of commercial litigation, including business torts, employment discrimination, unfair competition, and products liability. Aaron’s practice also focuses on the representation of law firms and hospitals in a variety of legal and medical malpractice actions.

Representative Matters include the following:

  • Won summary judgment on behalf of prominent Philadelphia law firm in legal malpractice action in Pennsylvania state court on grounds plaintiff failed to produce necessary expert report, resulting in dismissal of all claims against client. Successfully quashed plaintiff’s appeal.
  • Representation of other leading Philadelphia law firms in complex legal malpractice suits.
  • Representation of the largest privately-held spinal-implant manufacturer in the world in a broad range of employment matters, including enforcement of restrictive covenants and unfair competition claims.
